Coaching Education workshops are open to all coaches and can be run in conjunction with team workshops or independently. Focus has completed these workshops at high schools as well as youth club sports venues for coaches. They are designed to assist coaches in elevating communication strategies, how to incorporate mental skills into their daily training, and create a high-performance culture.
