Most collegiate teams and athletes have access to their own Sports Psychologist or Performance Coach to work with them throughout their season and career. This is an amazing opportunity for athletes to utilize at the next level; however the stress, expectations and struggles don’t start once you get to college. Many high school athletes experience the same struggles in their youth or high school careers and would benefit from working on the mental side of their sport. Season Long Performance Coaching gives this opportunity to athletes and teams to gain these skills to manage pressure and maximize their performance.
A more cost-effective way to incorporate Sports Psychology into Athletes Training for an entire season. Also a customized program based off the needs of the team; includes 4-6 full team seminars throughout the season along with individual sessions available for athletes to utilize. Coaches can also request periodic check-ins with your Performance Coach as needed.
A way for the entire team to have the same message and verbiage!
