Private Pay Rates

Focus Clinicians are currently In Network with Blue Cross & Blue Shield as well as United Healthcare/UMR but considered Out of Network Providers for other insurances.  Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. We can check both In and Out of Network benefits for you or you may contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.  Fees you pay for therapy services that are not reimbursed by insurance may be deductible as medical expenses if you itemize deductions on your tax return. Consult your tax professional for more information regarding deducting medical expenses. We do accept HSA and FSA account payments as well.

We accept cash, check, flexible spending accounts, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
